Just around the corner: this phrase is used often. However, when it is a statement of fact it brings an added sense of comfort. I know that if I'm ever in need, help is just around the corner. Literally.

Something new: oh... how I love those words! All you have to do is come look at my family room to understand how happy this statement makes me!!!

Over the counter drugs: after moving a lot of things around our house I don't think that either my husband or I could move if it weren't for Tylenol and Ibuprofen! (The husband calls it vitamin I.)
